HAZLET, N.J. - The Matzel and Mumford Organization and Applied Development Company received top honors in a number of categories at this year's Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association.
Recognizing outstanding efforts in sales and marketing, the awards were given out April 25th in Atlantic City during the association's annual convention.
The developers' celebrated Grand Resorts at Beachfront North community on the oceanfront in Long Branch was singled out throughout the evening with a number of prestigious awards, including Best Midrise/High-rise over $400,000, Best Marketing Strategy for Midrise/High-Rise over $400,000, Best Landscaping Design for an Attached Community $350,000 to $500,000, Best Signage Program for a Community $350,000 to $600,000, Best Logo Design for a Community $350,000 to $600,000, and Best Direct Mail Piece or Campaign.
"It was an exciting night for all of us, and we were delighted to have the hard work, dedication and creativity of our entire team recognized by our peers in the industry," notes Glenn Ward, Director of Sales and Marketing for Matzel and Mumford. "That so many different facets of the development garnered recognition is a tremendous source of pride for us."
The Grand Resorts at Beachfront North features 179 single-level condominium residences, while The Bluffs at Beachfront North includes 104 three-story townhomes. The community is completely sold out.
